Harmless is an organisation lead by people who have experienced self-harm.  They offer support if you are self-harming, and to your friends and family too. Tel: 0115 934 8445

The Samaritans will listen if you want to talk about any self-harm issues you might have or any worries you have regarding a friend or loved one. At any time of day or night call either the local Leicestershire Samaritans on 0116 270 007 or call the National Number: 08457 90 90 90.  If you have no credit or land line, you can TEXT: 07725 90 90 90 and ask them to call you.  Email the Samaritans for online correspondence: Jo@samaritans.org 

The National Self Harm Network is a network of support groups for individuals who self harm. The charity tries to help people to seek alternatives to self-harm. The charity aims to empower individuals to explore reasons for their self-harm and to seek appropriate professional help. NSHN now equally support friends, families and carers of individuals who self harm.
