Doctors Surgeries in Melton area.

If you feel you need to discuss any issue causing you stress, make an appointment to see a doctor (GP). Remember that your GP is there to provide free advice and refer you to the most suitable help service. Doctors are there to support your mental health as well as your physical health.  You can request counselling sessions and discuss counselling treatments with your GP.

If you are over 18 you can request a passcode from the Latham House and Long Clawson surgery reception and register for the ONLINE appointment booking facility.  You can also upload your mobile number to receive TEXT reminders for appointments.

There is a WEEKEND ONLY Minor Injury Service: Saturdays, Sundays and on bank holidays from 9.30am to 1.30pm.  No x-ray available.

Minor injury and illness service operates 9am to 9pm every day, including weekends and bank holidays. The unit's experienced nurses treat minor injuries and illness, such as sore throats, bites and stings, minor wounds, skin complaints and minor eye problems. No appointment is necessary.

OUT OF HOURS CARE: Please call the out of hours service on 0845 045 0411 FIRST.  You will be given appropriate advice for your condition and the call might save you a journey or reduce your wait to see a doctor.
